All reservation fees cover the photographer's time and talent during your 1-2 Hour session, detailed editing of at least 30 images for viewing only, and an online viewing gallery session. Prints and products are sold separately unless otherwise discussed or mentioned in the Collection packages. Collections will be chosen at the time of your gallery viewing. If making payments, an invoice will be sent out with a plan. Reservation fees are due at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. Dates cannot be held without payment. Reservation fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled session. 

 

**Session retainers must be paid and a contract signed within 48 hours to secure your session date.

There will be no transfer for a no-show or late arrival after 15 minutes of your session start time. You may reschedule by submitting a new reservation fee.

 

$25 travel fee charge for locations outside over 40 miles of Minneapolis/St.Paul area. 

*By booking a session you agree to allow Rachael Hundley Photography to use any images taken to be used for media and social media advertising and website portfolio unless specifically requested not to be used.  There is a section in your contract where you will indicate your wishes. 

 

COVID-19 - If there is any chance that I have symptoms before our session, you will be contacted immediately and we will reschedule. If you or any family member in your session group has been tested and shows symptoms of the COVID-19 virus, we shall reschedule. Your retainer fee can be transferred to the reschedule date. Please check COVID 19 at the top of the page.

*Prices are subject to change at any time. After the contract is signed, you will be locked into your agreement. 

*Pro Lab Printing can be purchased through your Rachael Hundley Photography online gallery store.
